Amsterdam, March 6th 2025 – Leaseweb Global, a leading cloud provider, today announced the appointment of Svenja de Vos and Lex Boost as co-CEOs in a leadership transition that sees company founder Con Zwinkels and Pieter Dijkhuis take on supervisory roles, having previously served as CEO and CFO respectively.

Svenja de Vos has been with Leaseweb for more than eight years, previously serving as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Lex Boost, formerly CEO of Leaseweb USA, rejoins the company from Harlem Next, where he was CEO. With extensive experience in scaling operations and driving growth, both leaders are well-positioned to guide Leaseweb through its next phase of global expansion.

Leaseweb has also appointed Martijn Bethlehem as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), succeeding Pieter Dijkhuis. Bethlehem has been with Leaseweb for over 17 years, most recently serving as Finance Director for the Netherlands. Additionally, Sander Poelwijk, who has been with Leaseweb for more than 18 years, takes on the role of CTO after serving as Director of Product Engineering. Moving forward, Leaseweb’s global entity leadership, as well as teams responsible for Product Management, Strategy, M&A and Legal teams will all report directly to the co-CEO's.“Leaseweb would not be the company it is today without the vision, leadership and dedication of Con and Pieter,” said Lex Boost, co-CEO of Leaseweb. “Their contributions have been instrumental in building a strong, global cloud business founded on a culture rich in diversity, openness and a strong sense of community. Con and Pieter will remain CEO and CFO of the parent company Ocom where they are responsible for corporate functions such as financial reporting, capital allocation, treasury, corporate development, capital markets and relations with external stakeholders. As we enter the next phase of growth, I believe the time is right for me to step back from operational responsibilities and dedicate my focus to the broader strategic direction of the business as a supervisory board member at the group level.
